It’s going to get a bit desperate fast if this team can’t come up with some wins. There are a bunch of teams close behind. Most of which we have games in hand on but still. We need points.

Not a big deal but I’d rather see Gibbons out then Coleman.

I'm a very sensitive person and I think detecting a slight sarcastic vibe here.

On the other hand Drew was the last NJ Devil to score a goal and led the team in hits in the last game, so maybe not.

Big fan of Wood and Zacha getting Palms on their line. Feels like every night Zacha makes quality passes to teammates and generally creates positive plays (albeit with no points to show). Hopefully he and Palms can find a little something and spark his point production. Kids got a pretty nice shot, if he learns to get it off quicker and let it ride more often, I can definitely see him becoming a solid threat of a player considering he is pretty smart defensively as is.

The opportunity will be there tonight. He needs to run with it.

I was always team barzal it's the other people on this board (I'm not going to mention names), but if you check the search options for the old posts in June 2015, you'll see there are certain people on this board who were the ones championing zacha even though his numbers were average, based on the fact of zacha size would make him NHL ready sooner.

I have to keep it real though. Checking the old post, smellyourfinger was against drafting him

That's was a real thing. He said that he doesn't see the teams trading with eachother while both are in the playoff hunt, but he did say that teams did have discussions.
